Toronto, ON – May 28, 2019 – SEAM Technic, an IoT personal safety platform, has partnered with four major real estate organizations and nonprofit groups to keep REALTORS® more safe and connected. SEAM’s partnerships with the Beverly Carter Foundation, Sutton Group Realty Service, RE/MAX Hallmark and Century 21 Percy Fulton will provide discounts of the Lotus by SEAM personal safety wearable device, training sessions, collaborations on REALTOR® safety events and more.

“The mission of the Beverly Carter Foundation is to keep REALTORS® safe and our partnership with SEAM will help facilitate that goal,” said Carl Carter, Founder, the Beverly Carter Foundation. “REALTORS® are often working alone and need extra protection to stay safe doing their job. The Lotus by SEAM provides the right type of protection since it allows a REALTOR® to share their contextual data with loved ones so that someone always has their back.”

The Lotus by SEAM was created to keep lone workers such as real estate agents safer and connected by allowing them to share their GPS location and full-streaming audio real-time with up to five selected contacts. The Lotus is currently the only personal safety wearable device that features Voice Assistant access and makes two-way audio calls directly from the device. The award-winning wearable can be worn as a clip, necklace or on the wrist and comes with a mobile charging case that keeps the Lotus charged up to 42 hours.

The more than 8,500 real estate agents with Sutton Group, RE/MAX Hallmark and Century 21 Percy Fulton will receive discounted Lotus devices and training sessions on how to stay more safe with the Lotus. SEAM will also be exhibiting at REALTOR® Quest on May 29-30 at the Toronto Congress Centre.

The Lotus retails for $99.95 on Amazon and on www.seamtechnic.com.
